SmartCues.ai started from an uncomfortable observation: a week after a meeting, nobody agrees on what was decided.

We first built a live coach for sales calls. But the part of a call that matters most afterwards is the record: who promised what, what the budget was, what happens next. Most of us still write that by hand, in the gaps between meetings, from memory.

So we rebuilt the product around the record. SmartCues listens as the meeting happens and keeps four lists up to date: the agenda, the questions, the decisions and the action items. Each item carries the words that produced it. When the call ends, the summary and the follow-up email are already written.

The same idea works well beyond sales. A discovery call, an interview, a client check-in and a project kickoff all need different things captured, so SmartCues has a template for each, and you can make your own.

There is no bot in the call, which keeps conversations natural. It also means nothing in the call shows SmartCues is running, so we ask you to tell the others before it starts, and we keep a record that you did.
