Managers were spending their weeks re-teaching the same objection handling, reviewing the same recordings, writing the same feedback. The advice was good. It just always arrived after the call it was about — by which point the deal had already moved on and the rep was in the next conversation making the same mistake.

The problem was never the quality of the coaching. It was the timing. Nobody improves at something in real time by reading notes about it a day later.

So we built the opposite: a coach that watches the conversation as it happens and says something while there is still a call left to save. Pace, talk-to-listen ratio, the monologue you did not notice you were in — surfaced in the moment, quietly, on the rep's own screen.
